Assessment Base Management Insights (ABMI) is a powerful Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to provide municipalities with a comprehensive view of their property assessment base. ABMI integrates data from more than 5.5 million Ontario properties, bringing together parcel-level characteristics, interactive mapping, aerial imagery, and demographic data alongside Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) assessment information, provincial wide property sales, ARB appeal and tax adjustment data.

ABMI leverages advanced analytical models and proprietary benchmarking tools to evaluate individual properties, targeted property groups, or entire municipal portfolios. Users can monitor trends, identify assessment risk, and uncover opportunities across neighbourhoods, municipalities, counties, and regions.

For the first time, municipal users gain independent insight into property assessment fairness and consistency — enabling confident validation of assessed values and informed decision-making beyond MPAC-supplied data.
